2160 Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully before using the 2160 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
SECTION 1
Acceptance of Terms
This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") governs your use of the online platform operated by 2160 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 2160, you ("User", "you") expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after any changes to these Terms will be treated as your acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version in effect.
2160 is intended strictly for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where access to such services is legally permitted. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use of these services is lawful in your location.
SECTION 2
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of services on 2160, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Maintaining multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts as well as the forfeiture of any existing balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. You may not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity that occurs under your account will be considered your own, regardless of whether you authorised it.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your password has been compromised, you must notify the 2160 support team immediately via email at [email protected] and change your password without delay. The Platform is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to take reasonable precautions.
SECTION 3
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 2160 platform user, you agree to use the Platform only for lawful and responsible purposes. You may not engage in any activity that violates applicable laws in Malaysia, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or misuse of platform services.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 2160 platform and may result in immediate account termination and appropriate legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the security of the Platform's systems or infrastructure.
- Spreading false, misleading, or damaging content that harms the reputation of the Platform or other users.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
- Using a false identity or inaccurate personal information during registration or while using the Platform.
The Platform reserves the right to monitor user activity for security and compliance purposes. Any breach of these rules will be taken seriously, and the Platform may take appropriate action including suspending or terminating the relevant user's account.
SECTION 4
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on 2160 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The Platform supports approved local payment methods including DuitNow and bank transfers via FPX. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is registered under the same name as their platform account.
All successfully credited deposits are final and non-reversible except in circumstances specified by the Platform's policies. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the withdrawal terms applicable at the time of the transaction. The Platform reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
Any bonuses or promotions received by users are subject to the respective promotional terms and conditions stated separately. Misuse of promotions — including attempts to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information — will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and may lead to account termination. The Platform reserves the right to withhold or void withdrawals suspected of being linked to promotional abuse pending the outcome of an investigation.
Users acknowledge that betting activities involve financial risk. 2160 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity on the Platform.
SECTION 5
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The 2160 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2160 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. The Platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including service disruptions, technical failures, or data loss.
Account Suspension & Closure
2160 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of law enforcement agencies. Users whose accounts are suspended due to a terms violation are not entitled to claim any refund of deposits or account balances that may be held pending investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 2160 support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the resolution of any outstanding transactions or disputes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 2160 Platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, images, software code, and brand names — is the intellectual property of 2160 or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 2160.

Changes to Terms, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Changes to Terms
2160 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Notice of material changes may be provided via in-platform notifications or to your registered email address. Continued use of the Platform after any changes are published will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform will be resolved through the process established by the Platform. Users agree that they access the Platform at their own risk and must comply with all local laws and regulations applicable in their location.
